DESCRIPTION:Imagine finishing your lessons for the day and sitting down to a 3 course meal that is matched with the wines that were tasted in class.  The GOURMET WSET Level 2 Award in Wine course is taught over 4 Saturdays and is the perfect combination of theory and practical. Spend the day learning from our WSET Certified Educator all about the wines of the world\, how they make different styles of wine and how to taste wines better  before indulging in a delicious 3 course meal prepared by our chef to match the wines discussed and tasted each Saturday. Included in this course are 4 x 3 Course meals at our beautiful\, waterfront restaurant Ripples at Chowder Bay\, 6 x Riedel Wine Tasting Glasses\, WSET Study guide and Textbook\, 20 hours of in-person teaching from a WSET Certified Educator and a stunning lineup of 40 wines to taste from all over the world and a class size limited to 8 students. This is learning about wine the right way.
