Sommeliers Recommendation:

The high acidity allows Sangiovese to match well with all manners of food. It’s one of the few wines that will not get lost when paired with rich, tomato based sauces and this wine absolutely sings  with  with pizza margherita! The “riserva” means the wine has spent and extra 6 months in oak and beacuse of this, it will be your friendly allay with chargrilled meat and robust sides. Buon Apetito!
